I just finished NBME 10 and scored a 247, and my exam is in 8 days. I got a 249 on the NBME 9 exam last week. Form 10 was supposed to be better, based on what I'm reading in this group. Of course, I did make some extremely stupid errors (I do have bad exam anxiety and change a lot of my answers). My first pass at UWorld Qbank was a 77%.

Spread them out over 2-3 days and try to take your last one at least 3-4 days before your exam that way you have a few days to review your weak areas. So ideally you would start taking them 1.5 weeks before your exam. For example, one at the 10 day mark, another at the 7 day mark, and the last one at the 4 day mark give or take a day or two.
The order you take NBMEs doesn't matter that much. The important thing is to take as many practice tests as you can. My rule of thumb though is to save the UWSAs and the more recent NBMEs (higher numbered NBMEs) for the end and to take the older NBMEs (lower number NBMEs) in the beginning. Good luck!
